Job Title: Personal Development Specialist

This role involves guiding individuals in achieving their personal, academic, or professional goals by designing and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for impactful speaking and presentations. They should also possess strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.

The successful candidate will be experienced in creating training materials or multimedia presentations, adaptable, curious, and have a positive mindset. Confidentiality and professionalism are essential traits for this role.

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A degree in psychology is considered beneficial for deeper insights into client motivation and behavior.

As a personal development specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized mentorship and coaching to help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful goals.
  • Designing and creating impactful slideshows and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.
  • Facilitating presentations and workshops with excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Applying coaching methodologies tailored to each client's challenges and aspirations.
  • Tracking client progress and regularly reviewing and updating plans as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and creating a supportive coaching environment.
