Role Overview:

We seek a strategic and people-centric AVP – Human Resources to manage our HR function and support organizational growth.

  • Talent Strategy: Build internal talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that build a strong culture.
  • Leadership Support: Advise business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual with progressive HR experience, at least 5 years in a senior role.

  • Strong expertise in talent attraction, performance systems, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
