Key Responsibilities
  • Develop products that leverage large language models and foundation models, integrating emerging techniques into production systems.
  • Build high-performance search and retrieval-augmented generation systems for efficient search and generation tasks.
  • Design robust frameworks to assess the performance of agents, RAG systems, and LLMs, focusing on polyglot approaches and open-source models.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Familiarity with AI agent stacks, vector databases, and distributed AI workloads.
  • Recent experience in building agents, training LLMs, or working with RAG systems is a plus.
