Job Title: Office Manager & Administrative Support

You will act as the primary liaison for labor-related inquiries from blue-collar workers and contractors. This role involves:

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
  • Updating internal databases.
  • Preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Liaising with external partners to ensure legal compliance.
  • Providing employees with information regarding HR-related issues.
  • Assisting the payroll department by supplying relevant employee information, including leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
  • Arranging travel accommodations and processing expense forms.
  • Participating in HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience with HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
