Taxation Manager

As a seasoned professional in taxation, you will be responsible for managing advisory engagements for multinational corporations. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic execution, regulatory compliance, and optimal tax efficiency.
- You will conduct detailed quantitative analysis, manage seamless execution of plans, and apply effective structuring strategies to help achieve commercial and strategic goals.
- Your role will also involve ideation on tax structuring options for multinational clients, evaluation of India inbound structuring options, and management of end-to-end regulatory compliance processes for acquisitions.
- You will plan tax due diligence work, advise clients in negotiating the terms of transactions and documents based on the findings of tax due diligence, and devise practical approaches to resolving tax issues in structuring assignments.
- Additionally, you will support Partners/Principals in tax planning and tax management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner.
- You will research estimated service costs and man-hours required for projects prior to pitching, draft and present proposals to clients with guidance from Partners, and innovate and enhance processes to achieve commercial targets effectively.
