Job Description

This role is responsible for leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce (flows, reports, dashboards, security, data model enhancements, and customization) as needed.
  • Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms (portfolio management, KYC/AML, document management, e-signature, core banking, Fintech systems).
Key Responsibilities
  • Full project lifecycle management - RFP, requirements discovery, design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and support.
  • Define and maintain project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting) are key responsibilities.
  • Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution.
About the Role

Detailed knowledge of Wealth Management / Financial Services (client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, portfolio reporting) is essential.
