Final Test/Process Qualification Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to conduct final tests on semiconductor equipment and ensure their qualification. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting FAT test and qualifying the equipment.

  • Conduct FAT test for Semiconductor equipment & qualification.
  • Execute on the Final Test Checklist, sign off each task executed on and make sure it's on track for delivery as promised.
  • Collects, processes, and performs statistical analyses on data.
  • Apply Troubleshooting method to eliminate equipment malfunction. Conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems. Assess severity of malfunctions and determine corrective actions required.
  • Recording process documentation and production data meticulously to adhere to compliance and traceability guidelines.
  • Refine process recipe based on the test recipe and customer recipe to qualify process/customer requirement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software engineering principles, as well as hands-on experience with semiconductor capital equipment. Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments is also highly desirable.
