Job Title: Deputy General Manager - Learning and Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Deputy General Manager - Learning and Development Expert to lead our learning and development initiatives at Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Learning and Development Roadmap: Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances employee capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with senior management and department heads to identify training needs and prioritize learning initiatives.
  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning modules to enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and overall employee effectiveness.
  • Utilize Training Methodologies: Leverage various training methodologies, techniques, concepts, and learning tools to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Training Programs: Utilize feedback, surveys, and metrics to evaluate training program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage Learning and Development Budget: Efficiently manage and allocate the learning and development budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Remain current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings and methodologies.
  • Lead Learning and Development Team: Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in learning and development roles within the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Learning Principles: Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Leadership Qualities: Leadership qualities with experience in managing and developing a team of learning and development professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
