Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive our DevOps transformation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in establishing and implementing DevOps workflows and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps principles, tools, and technologies, as well as a proven track record of automating and streamlining software development and deployment processes.

You will collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams to establish and implement DevOps workflows and best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools.

Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and managing automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes. Your skills in monitoring and analyzing application performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving optimization initiatives will be crucial in ensuring production stability.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will also be responsible for establishing and enforcing security standards and guidelines across the organization, as well as code-quality standards and guidelines. You will document and share DevOps knowledge and best practices with the team and wider organization.

Apart from your technical expertise, excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with DevOps advancements is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD tools (Drone, ArgoCD, etc.)
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker)
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with security and compliance best practices
