Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an accomplished Head of Technology to lead our India-based technology operations, driving innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions for healthcare analytics and risk management.
  • Manage a team of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical staff to drive technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project management tools and processes that enhance team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Grow and develop the team through selective hiring and integration.

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in running and leading internal resources, managing teams, and coaching/mentoring.
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing, data processing, and/or data science.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.

Essential Skills:

  • Executive presence and ability to interface effectively with leadership.
  • Strong software security focus and mindset.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
