About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Employability Skills Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in empowering young Indians from low-income households through improved education, health, livelihood, and climate action outcomes.

The primary focus of this initiative is to bridge the gap between demand and supply of skilled human resources by providing 60-days training on Core Employability Skills such as communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude. Additionally, we will offer placement opportunities after the training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an integrated module covering English Grammar, Spoken English, MS Office, Basic Mathematics, Soft skills, and Work readiness.
  • Publish and follow the Training plan/calendar for the center.
  • Support assessments of aspirants and provide post-placement counseling.
  • Nurture relationships with guest lecturers/industry professionals to arrange field visits and enhance sector Readiness.
  • Handhold aspirants at the workplace after placement and assist the center with other tasks as needed.
