We are a proprietary trading firm that builds cutting-edge algorithmic trading strategies across asset classes. We are seeking a talented developer with experience or strong interest in designing and coding profitable trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies to achieve maximum profitability
  • Backtest ideas using historical data and deploy live strategies to the market
  • Work with real-time market feeds, low-latency execution, and broker APIs to execute trades efficiently
  • Collaborate with traders to translate trading logic into scalable and reliable code
  • Continuously improve system performance, risk management, and overall trading efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in algorithmic trading / quant development / fintech with a proven track record
  • Strong coding skills in Python, C++, Java, or Rust with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and optimization
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and trading systems with ability to analyze complex data
  • Familiarity with backtesting frameworks and APIs with experience in integrating multiple data sources

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of NSE/BSE APIs, FIX protocol, or broker integrations with ability to integrate with existing systems
  • Exposure to machine learning applications in trading with ability to develop predictive models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
