The role of Trade Services Process Specialist is responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of trade services processes.

About the Role

  • Meet productivity and quality standards as per process requirements.
  • Get certified on all training levels of trade services processes.
  • Meet SLA's requirements as per service specifications.
  • Learn process details for securities transfers, matching fails handling, confirmation of trades and non-trades, cancellations, corrections of trades, registration, deregistration of shares, cash, stock reconciliation, transaction reporting and trade investigation.
  • Contact counterparts via emails and calls for any clarifications.
  • Perform quality checks as required.
  • Understand linkages between various trade services processes.
  • Strive for process improvements.
  • Responsiveness to feedback provided by trainers and team leaders.
  • Maintaining a professional approach to work at all times, providing prompt and appropriate responses.
  • Active participation in team meetings and company initiatives.
  • Following company rules and standard operating procedures.
  • Adhering to security policies and procedures as per business requirements.
  • Maintaining MIS reports, analyzing data using various reporting tools.
  • Demonstrating company values in behavior and attitude.
  • Continually upgrading domain knowledge.
  • Exhibiting discipline on personal and professional levels.
