Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Windows Active Directory Architect to lead the design and implementation of our company's enterprise directory infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design, deployment, management, and integration with cloud services.

About the Role:

  • This role is responsible for providing solutions and supporting Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and SharePoint.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the highest escalation point for complex AD, Azure AD, and SharePoint-related issues.
  • Lead incident management efforts, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
  • Design, deploy, and manage a secure, scalable, and highly available Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage AD replication, site configuration, and topology design.
  • Develop and enforce AD schema extensions and modifications.
  • Design and implement hybrid identity solutions using Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 15-20 years of experience in system design, deployment, management, and integration with enterprise systems and cloud services.
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and SharePoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead and oversee major projects involving system migrations, upgrades, and consolidations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as MCSE: Directory Services or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles, with a strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services.
