About Us

Our team is expanding and we're looking for a Business Development expert to identify, engage, and qualify potential business leads in Australia.

Role Overview

This role involves researching and identifying potential B2B prospects across industries such as retail, marketing agencies, education, and technology. You will generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods. Your key responsibilities will include qualifying prospects based on business needs, budget, and readiness to adopt communication solutions.

You will schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team, maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM, and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international markets

  • Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts
