We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Counsellor.

About the Role:

As a Student Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their university applications, providing them with expert advice and support. You will be instrumental in empowering students to make informed decisions about their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
  • Passion for helping students and providing impartial, honest advice on studying abroad.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Prior experience in counselling students, preferably from the study abroad sector.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping in our CRM system.
  • Deliver engaging talks/presentations on behalf of Edvoy in webinars, seminars, and virtual counselling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Provide accurate and clear information to students, addressing all their inquiries.
  • Be flexible with working hours to accommodate the needs of the company.
