Regulatory Oversight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Oversight Specialist to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will be responsible for managing supervisory activities of regulators and related developments across regions.

About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to implement technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes. Your expertise will also be instrumental in maintaining trackers, updating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in oversight standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations, including logging information requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, etc.
  • Oversight and management of regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.
  • Production of reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.
  • Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
