Job Role - Global Trade Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing export invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other trade-related documents. They will also communicate effectively within the department process and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless documentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare export invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other trade-related documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely documentations.
  • C Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to documentation or trade procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, procedures, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
