Objective:

The successful candidate will spearhead all on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.

Event Management & Execution

  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, RWAs, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce effective marketing collaterals.
  • Liaise with digital marketing teams to align offline efforts with online campaigns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track ROI on events and channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
