Mobile Solutions Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing and managing mobile device management systems, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a robust Mobile Device Management system to ensure efficient mobile device onboarding and management.
  • Configure integration with internal applications and tools, establishing secure authentication and authorization for mobile users.
  • Develop streamlined device enrolment processes, including bulk and self-service options, ensuring efficient corporate mobile device onboarding.
  • Build and implement security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Provide support and training resources for end users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  • Architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrolment/management/imaging issues escalated from front-line IT teams and other internal IT resources during Hypercare period.
  • Support transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider, recipient, or staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Mobile Device Management systems.
  • Expertise in configuring and integrating mobile device management systems with internal applications and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of security policies and best practices for mobile device management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
