Results-Driven Marketing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished marketing professional with a strong track record in healthcare marketing to lead the development and execution of paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in patient acquisition funnels, healthcare compliance, and trust-driven campaign strategies that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms to drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services (clinics, hospitals, doctors, or telehealth).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare to inform campaign strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Patient Acquisition Cost) and prepare regular reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines and best practices.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant healthcare advertising regulations (Google's healthcare ad policy, Meta restrictions, HIPAA/GDPR).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
