Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Implementation Lead to work with our clients and deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, consulting, and integration projects. They will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide consulting on Oracle HR and Applications.

The role requires regular updates and status reporting as necessary. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, and a good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to gather technical requirements and develop solutions.
  • Provide consulting on Oracle HR and Applications.
  • Integrate systems to meet client specifications.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation and/or support projects.
  • Strong understanding of USA Payroll processing, legislation, integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation.
  • Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in additional modules such as Compensation, OTL, etc.
  • Full life cycle implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
  • Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
