Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the hospitality sector or restaurant clients.
  • Australian Clients: Additional preference for experience managing Australian clients.
  • Work Hours: Availability to work 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM IST (Monday to Saturday, Saturdays are half-days).
