Senior CSA Operations Manager

About this role:
Job OverviewThis position oversees daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Construction Site Activities (CSA) scope in Mega Structure and support buildings.
Main Responsibilities- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret detailed drawings, including cleanroom layouts, subfab coordination, and embedded MEP interfaces.
- Task Planning & Coordination: Plan and sequence CSA works in coordination with process tool installation, MEP systems, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Quality Assurance Monitoring: Enforce strict quality standards for high-spec finishes, vibration control, and contamination-free construction.
- Schedule Tracking: Monitor progress against fast-track schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Cleanroom Awareness: Ensure CSA works comply with cleanroom protocols.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in reading complex drawings and managing field changes.
- Good attitude, flexible mindset, and strong communication skills.
- Experience with quality control documentation and inspection workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Certification in construction safety or quality control (preferred).
- Experience working with semiconductor clients (e.g., Intel, Samsung, Micron) is a plus.
