Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Role - Site Supervisor:

Location: Dholera, Gujarat (On-Site)

Oversee daily CSA activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Supervise daily CSA activities including excavation, concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, and cleanroom envelope works.

  • Drawing Interpretation:

Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, including cleanroom layouts, subfab coordination, and embedded MEP interfaces.

  • Task Planning & Coordination:

Plan and sequence CSA works in coordination with process tool installation, MEP systems, and BIM models.

  • QA/QC Monitoring:

Enforce strict quality standards for high-spec finishes, vibration control, and contamination-free construction. Maintain inspection records and punch lists.

  • Schedule Tracking:

Monitor progress against fast-track schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project. Identify risks and escalate delays proactively.

  • Cleanroom Awareness:

Ensure CSA works comply with cleanroom protocols, including air barrier integrity, dust control, and gowning procedures where applicable.

  • Team Leadership:

Guide subcontractors and junior supervisors. Foster a safety-first, quality-driven culture on-site.

  • Instruction Compliance:

Follow directives from Construction Managers and discipline leads with precision and accountability.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of CSA scope in Mega Structure , and support buildings
  • Ability to coordinate with MEP, process piping, and tool installation teams
  • Proficient in reading complex drawings and managing field changes
  • Good attitude, flexible mindset, and strong communication skills
  • Experience with QA/QC documentation and inspection workflows
  • Safety-conscious and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Certification in construction safety or QA/QC (preferred)
  • Experience with semiconductor clients (e.g., Intel, Samsung, Micron) is a plus
