Job Role - Construction Site Supervisor

Oversee daily activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Supervise CSA works including excavation, concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, and cleanroom envelope construction.

  • Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, including cleanroom layouts and embedded MEP interfaces.
  • Task Planning & Coordination: Plan and sequence CSA works in coordination with process tool installation and BIM models.
  • Quality Monitoring: Enforce strict standards for high-spec finishes, vibration control, and contamination-free construction. Maintain inspection records.
  • Schedule Management: Monitor progress against fast-track schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project. Identify risks and escalate delays proactively.
  • Cleanroom Protocols: Ensure CSA works comply with cleanroom protocols, including air barrier integrity and dust control measures.
  • Team Leadership: Guide subcontractors and junior supervisors. Foster a safety-first, quality-driven culture on-site.
