Production Site Engineer

As a site engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities include reviewing design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout construction.
Site engineers coordinate with consultants to resolve technical conflicts and design changes, lead initiatives to optimize cost and performance, and manage site modifications and incorporate them into design documentation.
They facilitate coordination between contractors, consultants, and client teams, conduct regular site walks, and issue progress reports.
Site engineers also represent clients in technical meetings and workshops, act as primary points of contact for technical queries and RFIs, and ensure timely resolution of design and execution-related issues.
Finally, they maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and approvals, ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and client specifications, and support QA/QC inspections and audits.
Key skills required for this role include project management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential.
