Highly skilled Firmware Test Engineers are sought after to lead and participate in the design and implementation of test automation software for high-end pressure and temperature measurement devices. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class products by providing project-based technical leadership.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with firmware developers to ensure seamless integration of software components.
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from requirements definition through post-release activities.
  • Present status updates and metrics to management, showcasing your expertise and results-driven approach.
  • Plan and execute test effort, developing test strategies for both test automation (90%) and manual testing (10%).

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Software testing with embedded firmware systems in microcontroller-based Pressure, Temperature Transmitter products, and prototype verification.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience in Electronics, Telecommunication, M.Sc. Electronics with a focus on programming.
  • Knowledge and experience with agile development methodologies, including Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Able to meet with global engineering teams, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Firmware lead experience, with expertise in serial communication protocols like SPI, I2C, USB, etc.
  • Cybersecurity and SIS product development experience, particularly with IEC61508 and IEC62443.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
