Job Title: Electrical Operations Manager

At the heart of this role is the responsibility to lead and manage all electrical operations, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency.

  1. Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and fault detection and repair. They should be well-versed in handling high-voltage (HT), low-voltage (LT), and extra-high voltage (EHT) faults.
  2. Leadership Skills: A proven track record of effective leadership and management skills is crucial. This includes the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals across various shifts, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and quality.
  3. cGMP, QMS, Safety Documentation: Comprehensive knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and safety-related documentation is essential. This includes staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  4. SAP Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, particularly in areas such as material requisition, stock management, gate pass, bill service entry, reservation, and budgeting, is highly desirable.
  5. Documentation and Maintenance: Experience with documentation related work, including preventive maintenance (PM) of electrical equipment, calibration of instruments, and temperature mapping, is required.
