Electrical Systems Manager Position

Our company is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing maintenance teams and ensuring seamless operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections, perform repairs, and ensure all electrical systems are functioning within safety standards.
  • Oversee the management of spare parts and supplies, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Train and develop skills of maintenance personnel to enhance their expertise and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including mechanical and utilities, as well as excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
