Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Material Handling Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in designing and developing material handling systems for steel plants and power plants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in designing and implementing complex material handling systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing material handling systems, including conveyor belts, silos, hoppers, vibrating feeders, screens, dust extraction systems, and other equipment
  • Developing technical specifications and requirements for material handling equipment
  • Preparing process flow diagrams, schemes, and layouts for material handling systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in material handling systems
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and mathematics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
