We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineering Leader who will spearhead the design of Hybrid UAV subsystems and payload interfaces using advanced parametric CAD tools.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CAD design, tooling & assembly definition (TAD), PLM integration, material-process compatibility, and will be capable of taking end-to-end mechanical ownership from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of innovative mechanical designs for Hybrid UAV subsystems and payload interfaces
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other systems
  3. Develop and maintain technical specifications and requirements for mechanical components
  4. Analyze and resolve complex mechanical design issues
  5. Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical design engineering
  • Expertise in CAD design, TAD, PLM integration, and material-process compatibility
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
