We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Data Engineering Lead, with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, data validation frameworks, and AI-enhanced quality systems.

  • Data Quality Management: Develop and maintain robust data quality validation systems across multiple sources (e.g., Workday, Snowflake, Beeline).
  • Engineering & Automation: Lead development of data pipelines and validation scripts using Python, Alteryx, and integration into reporting tools.
  • AI and Machine Learning Integration: Build and deploy AI models to automate issue detection, enhance data lineage tracking, and generate intelligent alerts on unexpected changes.
  • Data Governance & Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify and address reporting gaps or escalations.

This position requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience leading data modernization or AI transformation projects and be familiar with enterprise systems like Workday, Beeline, and custom Excel-based reporting.
