Job Title: Data Operations Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data operations professional to lead our data pipeline development and execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Stream Analytics.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring data reliability, integrity, and availability across our global platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, CloudOps, and Business Intelligence, to drive data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will also align data operations practices with regulatory and security requirements, working closely with IT, data stewards, and compliance teams.

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using ADF, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Azure Stream Analytics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure data operations practices align with regulatory and security requirements.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 5+ years of technology work experience in a large-scale global organization, with CPG industry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in data operations, governance, and management, with hands-on experience in cloud-based platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on prioritizing customer needs and operational improvements.
