Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business process modelling, workflow, and project management principles.

  • Analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation
  • Development of process and solution documentation while working across various teams, geographies, and tools
  • Leadership of projects from end-to-end, ensuring goals are achieved on time
  • Development of deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development
  • Monitoring of project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
  • Documentation of all work to a high professional standard
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • English fluency (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Effective and persuasive communicator; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Basic understanding of business process modelling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Experience in a business analysis or related role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience using project management tools, such as Monday.com
  • Understanding of ecommerce systems and experience with online advertising would be a plus
