Software Tester Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to fill this critical position.

A key responsibility of this role will be to identify and report defects in software applications using various testing methodologies and tools.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing principles, practices, and tools such as Selenium, Java, and Python. This individual must be able to effectively use these skills to improve the quality of software applications.

In addition, the candidate should have experience with database testing and automation using SQL and APIs. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is also essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.

This role involves testing software applications to ensure they meet requirements and specifications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and report defects in software applications.
  • Develop and maintain test cases and test plans.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices.
  • Experience with Selenium, Java, and Python.
  • Experience with database testing and automation using SQL and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
