Financial Operations Coordinator

  • Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day financial activities, encompassing accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to finalize month-end and year-end close processes, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate and approve journal entries and reconciliations to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize financial operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues in their professional development.
Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPM/SSC environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to analyze and present financial data.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as E1, QuickBooks, or SAP, to streamline financial processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
