Job Description:

As an evaluator, you will work via our online platform to assess the quality, safety, and utility of AI-generated content. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate AI responses based on their usefulness in addressing the question posed in the user prompt.

Key skills required for this role include the ability to stay current with the latest research and guidelines in your area of expertise, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to strict data protection protocols.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a PhD in a relevant discipline, research experience, and strong subject matter expertise.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, and a basic understanding of Generative AI usage pertaining to healthcare information processing.

  • Evaluators will score each AI-generated response across 10 key criteria, assessing its quality, safety, and utility.
  • They will also ensure that validation and feedback are informed by the most current and accurate information.
