Job Overview

As a highly skilled Front-End Project Lead with deep expertise in React.js and Next.js, you will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications. This involves ensuring best practices in coding, performance, and description.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional features.
  • Own project planning, estimation, and execution across multiple front-end initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end developers.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to front-end best practices.
  • Optimise web applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong understanding of core concepts, component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), Middleware and lifecycle methods.

Expert-level knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and HTML/CSS is also required.

Strong experience in SSR (Server-Side Rendering), Static Site Generation (SSG), and API integrations using Next.js is essential.

Experience working with version control systems (Git) and project management tools like Jira is necessary.

Able to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
