Job Title : MERN Stack Developer

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years

At Wits Innovation Lab, we're driving innovation in the tech space. We seek a talented MERN Stack Developer to create cutting-edge web applications that enhance user experience and deliver impactful solutions.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. They will collaborate with UI/UX designers to craft user-friendly interfaces and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to boost application functionality.

Key responsibilities include optimizing application performance and scalability for high-traffic environments, managing deployments using Docker and other containerization tools, and participating in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve application issues, implement solutions in a timely manner, and contribute to the architecture and design of new features and enhancements. A strong understanding of industry trends and technologies is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Node.js and React.js, with experience in TypeScript and Docker.
- Strong understanding of MongoDB and Express.js.
- Experience in building microservices and serverless applications.
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
