Senior Automation Quality Specialist

We are seeking to onboard three HCs for a remote position focused on ensuring software quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with development teams to promote continuous alignment and ensure early detection of software bugs in the Software Development Lifecycle
- Implement automated tests for multiple scenarios across various country instances, continuously extending test coverage to support early detection of bugs and risks
- Cultivate close relationships with country distribution and core domain squads to guarantee software quality goals are met
- Propose process improvements within our continuous improvement strategy and drive their implementation
- Strong background in automated testing (at least 7 years)
- Proficiency in at least one software development language
- Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies
- Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing
- Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools
The following qualifications will be highly valued:
- Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar
- Experience working in a continuous integration/deployment environment
- Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture
- Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools
