Job Title: Area Sales Manager

At Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our dealer network in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our dealer network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers, provide product training, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Negotiate with dealers to secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor dealer stock levels, sales performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the sales team and management.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/MBA with 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with dealers and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
