Back End Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Back End Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases, leveraging data modelling solution for scalability and performance. They will also have experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing our company's platform, maintaining and improving existing infrastructure, tools, and workflows, ensuring quality software delivery through automated component testing, E2E testing, and performance testing, exploring and recommending innovative approaches to improve platform performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and develop our platform.
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure quality software delivery through automated component testing, E2E testing, and performance testing.
  • Explore and recommend innovative approaches to improve platform performance and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering from a leading university.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Software/Backend Engineer in Python.
  • Strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases, leveraging data modelling solution for scalability and performance.
  • Strong experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, including REST APIs and message queues.

  • Experience in CI/CD environments (e.g., GHA, Jenkins).
