Accounting Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all accounting functions related to the real estate industry. This includes assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations specific to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations specific to the real estate sector.
  • Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports for management, highlighting financial performance and key metrics.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

  • Inter Passed in CA, CMA, or CS.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
