Accounting Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting specialist to join our dynamic team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management with Yardi: Utilize advanced proficiency in Yardi software to oversee financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review financial reports using Yardi, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within Yardi, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles within the commercial real estate industry.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com/M.Com/CA/CPA/CFA degree with minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience.
