**Job Title:** Data Integration LeadLead the design and implementation of complex data integration processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery to business stakeholders.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust data integration solutions using ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop data models that meet business needs.
  • Analyze data quality issues and implement corrective actions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data integration and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in data integration, data quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data models, and database management systems (DBMS) like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large-scale data environments, data lakes, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting for test automation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating testing in DevOps environments is a plus.
