Job Opportunity: ETL Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports using the MS BI stack/Tableau. The role will involve querying, analyzing, and profiling data from source to target to assess data integrity gaps and meet business requirements.

  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Design and develop complex ETL packages utilizing MS SSIS.
  • Deploy analytic models within various self-service reporting systems and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain large datasets processed through the MS BI stack.
  • Ensure high-quality data integration and transformation processes.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of MSSQL and NoSQL Server.
  • Advanced SQL skills for extracting and manipulating data from relational databases.
  • Experience working with enterprise-class BI, ETL, and Reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI/SAS BI/Informatica/Pentaho.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and geographically dispersed team environment.
