Data Scientist Role

We're seeking a seasoned data scientist to join our team. As a pioneer in healthcare analytics, we apply machine learning, predictive modelling, and advanced SQL/Python analytics to real-world datasets.

  • Deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments by leveraging data analytics and predictive modelling.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

About the Position

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
