Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Systems Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing IT strategies, managing hotel software and hardware, and providing technical support to staff and guests.

As a key member of the team, you will assist in maintaining hotel systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring data security and integrity. You will also provide cross-training and support to other Hilton hotels as required.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT, relevant certifications, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and English language is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement IT strategies and manage hotel software and hardware
  • Resolve technical issues and ensure data security and integrity
  • Provide technical support to staff and guests
  • Assist in maintaining hotel systems
  • Provide cross-training and support to other Hilton hotels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • English language proficiency
