Job Title: Technology Leadership Role

Job Description:

As a senior technology leader, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our organization’s technology initiatives. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring that our software solutions are innovative, scalable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our company's technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices, architecture, and design principles for software development, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing, skills development, and innovation.
  • Work closely with the product team to define and develop cutting-edge features, leveraging emerging technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have at least 7 years of experience working with multiple backend technologies, including Node.js, Python, or PHP. Hands-on expertise in at least two tech stacks is required, such as MEAN, MERN, or React.js. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Knowledge of GraphQL, API design best practices, and exposure to AI/ML-based solutions are also desirable.
